Today, Facebook has updated the Messenger to version of 5.0 bringing a list of feature improvements to the iPhone messaging app. Messenger is a fast, free and reliable way to stay in touch. It’s just like texting, but you don’t have to pay for every message. It has improves in a large extent by adding a bunch of new features and improvements including the ability to share photos and videos with your friends. Facebook has also streamlined photo sharing that allows you to take photos and share it with just friends or families, without leaving the conversation. The new update has brought everything to the front and center. There is no need to even move away from the app while doing the same, Experience the fun, the new update is here to stay.
You can share your photos and videos in a couple of taps even doing your conversation with your friends, no need to skip that. The typing bar goes away when you click on the sticker icon or anything else for that purpose and in addition to that you really like it when to you being able to hit enter/return to send. Previous versions were limited only to the extent of sharing photos and voice recordings. But, the latest update also includes improvements to searching people and groups by name.
Other stunning features of the new Messenger include the ability to download a sticker pack by pressing and holding a sticker, someone might have sent you. Right now Facebook Messenger 5.0 is only available for iOS, but the update should be rolling out to Android soon in future as well. Facebook is soon planning on removing its messaging functionality entirely from the main Facebook app, and instead asking users to move to the standalone Messenger app. The Facebook has been improving the facilities of the application consistently with new features.
